new fish

Well thanks to Justin and getting his Beta, Taylor had to get some of his own. Taylor picked out all his own fish. He did a good job. I hope that the live. They are nice looking fish.

I found my two boys sleeping on the couch sunday morning at 10am! how nice of them to both sleep in!!

Easter Morn

Ok, so I am very slow to post this, but better late then never.
Taylor had a great time looking for eggs around our house.

Kenora

Well Taylor and I flew back to Kenora for my uncle Robert's funeral. It was a hard time on all of us. Taylor has such fond memories of Uncle Robert. His best memory, I will look for the picture, but Taylor remembers, driving the truck with Robert. Nanny, Robert, Taylor and I were out in the truck, checking out the fields. Taylor wanted to know what was going on out there. The lady who rents some property was out working the crop, driving the combine, and Taylor wanted to see it. We all drove around, looking at what it was she was doing. Taylor was soo happy. On our way back to the house, Robert put Taylor on his knee, and let him drive. We were heading right for the river! I will look for that picture for you all to see. But I do have this one, of Aunty Mary and Taylor, taken the day of the funeral.



Things while we were away were not all sad. We had time to see a few of our friends. Taylor got to see Jovhan, Austin and his family, Grandma and Granpa (on both sides of the family LOL), and Great Grandma Stahls, and of course Nanny and David, Keyra and Baby.

Well the past few days have been full of snot and phlem.... sorry to make some of you sick.... so no pictures... no posts... and wait until we are all better.... sorry!

Trip to the park

Well Taylor and I took Sophie and Justin to the park for a while before it rained yesterday. I really am not sure who was the child as you can see by the pictures.

Taylor and Justin had a grand time, playing on many different parts of the climbing things, getting dizzy, and running all over the place. Justin I am sure that when your baby comes you will be great with him! I know how much Taylor enjoys spending time with you.





as you can see by the pic... Taylor has learned how to use the fire pole, and did he love it! I hope to take him back to the park, he really enjoyed playing there. The park was really busy, but the first drop pf rain and everyone left, so we hung out for a few min, and the rain left!

As you can see... Spring is most deffenatly here.. the shit gulls are back!! There were sure many of these birds all over the park, as well the Geese were back!!

Well been a while since I updated this wonderful blog. I thought I should send out a pic or two of what the sweater Nanny made Taylor looks like on him. He likes it, other then he suddnley doesn't like red. Ah well. I have also added a pic of Tic and Jason today, fixing the car.... yet again.....

Family update

Well we went to Ikea again. Got bored Friday, tired of the same old shopping mall, called Justin and took him to Ikea. Our spoils this time? Another ice cube tray, a spatula, a dragon fly that lights up on a spring, and two strings of these light up dragon flies. We decided to put them on the ceiling in the living room :)











And Robyn finished Taylor sweater tonight while we watched Lady and the Tramp! Kudoes to Robyn, I can safely say I couldn't spend that much time making it... Did some work on a blanked for her, I think I did like 6 or 7 rows and haven't touched it since...

Out comes the Jeep!

Well, I draged the batteries to work the other day for Taylor's power wheels jeep and stuck them on the conditioner over the weekend. Acording to it they're not doing so good but it's still more then enough for the power wheels.


Enter Taylor, the maniac driver from the GTA. Suprisingly he could driver circles around most of the morons on the 400 highways, but that's a different post/rant.















We had a couple problems with his driving/road conditions, but made out ok in the end.

Gotta love him. Even when he acts up, and wants to move out. Even when he tells you, he isn't intrested in having a mom or dad anymore, or when he says he is old enough to get a job and move out.... Is someone forgetting he is only 5!!
He sure as a handfull last night. Both Jason and I didn't know what to do with him. He was yelling, and screaming, and just acting up. We left him in his bedroom for a while, in hopes that he would calm down. It too almost 30 min before he did. And then he was still yelling " I neeeeddddddd a huG" it was so cute, how do you stay mad or upset with that. We both went into his room, and talked to him. He is just trying us, and pushing to see just how far he can get.
I hope this ends soon.....

hair cut again!

Ok, so I hate my hair, just about as much as I hate my life.
So, today, while Jason and Taylor took Justin to get his wallet, I went to get my hair cut. here are some pictures of my new hair, bear with the crazy faces.. Justin had me laughting so hard I almost pissed my pants.
